1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms take effect on August 10, 2026 and form a binding agreement between you and Aquanaut Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Scope and Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to register interest in our upcoming smartphone business.
No products or services are currently offered for sale through the Site.
Registering interest does not create any purchase right, priority position, allocation, discount, or guarantee that a product will be released.

Any description of future products, features, specifications, pricing, availability, or launch plans is informational only and does not constitute an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a binding commitment of any kind.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each party waives any objection to that venue. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
